The Amarin Wickham was designed to be a seamless composition of physical form and space within a secured environment. The edges between the interior and exterior blend harmoniously, resulting in an architectural masterpiece that is worth beholding. Breezeways cut across each unit and spaces compress and expand, creating both languid and heightened spaces and hence a variety of experiences.
The Amarin Wickham was also created with the environment in mind. Our efforts to reduce the carbon footprint for the project required innovative solutions culminating in the double skin glazing to reduce UV light penetration, roof gardens to reduce heat gain, rain water harvesting for plant watering, building integrated photo-voltaic cells which are grid-connected to generate own electricity and a comprehensive selection of energy-saving devices.
